PHD provides access to contractors offered by a geographical and national network of provider contractors to PHD members through membership based participation. Neither PHD nor it's officers, employees or sales associates directly or indirectly provide anything more than access to a membership plan with member benefits.

There is no time restriction as to when a homeowner can become a member of PHDtm. Memberships are offered to all homeowners. Typically, you want to be a member BEFORE storm damage occurs. However, if not you can purchase a 6, 12, or 18 month package retroactively covering the deductible for current storm damage. At the end of the initial period you remain a member with a small monthly fee!
