Websters defines the word 'Industry' to mean a collection of operations, systems and procedures that provide the capability of serving a need or generally required product or service to a wide spectrum of Clients or Customers.

That is precisely what we at PHD have done by recognizing a genuine need by homeowners throughout the U.S.   We have synthesized a solution to the ever-growing need that homeowners have - which is now mandated by legislation - that they must now pay their deductible on property and casualty losses.  We have developed a universal solution to this problem by providing homeowners with a way to prepay their deductible with a membership-based system which allows them to achieve this prepayment with a small monthly membership fee.

Because we created this service and are the only firm offering it to homeowners, we have actually created a new Industry!  Wish us luck!
