The Company is a startup and the Founder is seeking First Stage Equity Funding in the amount of $10.0 Million.  While the Company is open to multiple Investment Scenarios, the preferred target Investor is an Angel Investor or Venture Capital – probably focused on the P&C Insurance Industry.
