With the increasing occurrence and intensity of large weather events affecting populated regions, the cost of property damage continues to inflate. In an effort to cut costs many companies mandated that your deductible becomes much larger, shifting that financial burden onto homeowners. Flat rate deductibles between $250 to $1000 no longer exist. With percentage based deductibles, homeowners can be facing an unexpected expense in the range of $2500 to $10,000.  Over time we realized that our vision as a local solution to a singular volatile market was short sighted.  PHDtm now offers our services in six major U.S. markets as well as Northern and Central Europe.

With our home office located in Dallas, Texas PHDtm was born of necessity to remedy the unique market conditions of Northern Texas. With the increasing occurrence and intensity of large weather events affecting populated regions, the cost of property damage claims continue to rise.

 

Our service – simply stated – is a Deductible Prepayment Service, wherein we pay the deductible that is now mandated by State Law.  We do this conservatively, yet at a 46% Profit Margin and, in the Insurance Industry, it doesn’t get much better than that!   PHDtm now offers our services in six major U.S. markets as well as Northern and Central Europe.
