We intend to lead the way, eclipsing our competition with the below strategy:

​

  1. Locking up both Commercial and Residential Green opportunities in one community.

  2. GDD will actively seek out communities that have expressed an interest in promoting a green initiative in their area.

  3. We will work with the city planners to identify one or more Green Commercial Builders who would bid on the Contract to build the first Green School building or Community Center.

  4. Once the Green School build Contract is let, hopefully with our new Commercial Franchisee, we will begin working with large, local landowners in the area to identify acreage where full-sized neighborhoods of Green homes may be built – along with commercial tract structures.

  5. Once all local building opportunities – and their potential sub-Franchising – have been locked up, we will move on to the next Community.
