Who we are:

GDD is a Master Franchise holder for Atlanta, GA and all Counties in Georgia.  Our continuing focus is on selling both individual Franchises and the Structures they build.

 

In some instances, we will be working with a developer or landowner who is interested in doing a complete buildout of a tract of homes or strip mall of commercial structures.  In that case we would be the Developer but not the builder.  In other instances, the Builder [our Franchisee] with have the sole and total relationship with the tract or community developer.   Finally, there will be instances where the Builder [our Franchisee] will have a deliverable relationship with individual lot owners within a Green Tract or Subdivision. 

 

The delivery of the Franchise contract will be a joint effort with GDD and Green Builders the ultimate Franchisor.  In any case, we are the catalyst that drives the process – from initial Marketing efforts, through the relationship-building efforts, right up to the point of local Franchise resale. 

 

When viewing this structurally, we will be wearing multiple hats in both the Residential and Commercial spaces.  We intend to be the driving force, often being the sole creator of opportunities – both Franchising and Development.  This is a role that we are both expecting and welcoming.  Clearly we will all be wearing many hats and enjoying it all – with anticipated profits.
