Under the umbrella of Green Home Builders, my company will hold the exclusive franchise rights to all construction done under Green Homes in the State of Georgia. I will recruit, train and support new contractors who buy the exclusive rights to a territory within my franchise district. As the master franchise owner I will provide the contractor with the training to enable them to build homes to the exacting standards of Green Homes. I also provide local marketing to build a customer base and I provide business coaching and development services for each contractor. In exchange, the contractors pay a onetime franchise fee, a commission on each home build and a small percentage of their sales into a marketing pool which is used to provide overall marketing resources and customer development.
