BUSINESS CONCEPT:

The Company is planning to build a new tire recycling plant in Tampa, FL.  Our focus is on building a modern, high-volume pyrolytic tire recycling plant and we are primarily interested in an Equity Investor with experience in funding tire recycling businesses.

Because our focus is on both volume and quality – with full support services – we will be able to garner a significant profit potential: in the range of $+ Million per month beginning in Y3Q2.  Long-term revenue potential is very good, in the range or $2 Million per month. Our strategy will be to implement this value-added concept with strategic tire-shred material users in a variety of industries.

We will secure funding for 100% of the total project cost and we are seeking $500K in equity funding.
