The IBIS Business Plan contains all the business details, and complete information regarding all four (4) Business Units and all the financials for investor review.  This is a very special development with planned Net Income of $23 Million in Year 5, with Cumulative Net Operating Income of Years 1-5 totaling $76 Million.  We are seeking an equity investment of $ 2.8 Million, which covers 1) RE Acquisition; 2) Full Facility Buildout; and 3) all Costs & Expenses associated with the final facility layout and ground breaking on the project which is slated to happen in January of 2021.
