We want to become a destination for organic dinning and also to build a highly training workforce that is sustainable and profitable.

The IBIS’ Vision for the first 5 years is to be seen as the authentic and multiethnic provider of next generation food and libations and to be seen as the driving force, in modern hearth cooking and wood fire grilling with primal techniques - creating food with heart with added entertainment and ambience.  Achieving this we will cultivate lifelong guests.
