The company is currently raising an initial round of $5 Million Investor Funding for an ownership stake in the Company. The full Investment level is $30 Million and the earnings-based valuation of the company [@12%] in Fiscal Year 5 will be approximately $866 Million.  While the Company is open to multiple Investment Scenarios, the preferred target Investor is a diversified Equity Investor - with a great depth of funding experience, especially in the Banking and Credit Union Industry.
