The company is currently raising an initial round of $.5 Million Investor Funding for an ownership stake in the Company. The earnings-based valuation of the company [@12%] in Fiscal Year 5 will be approximately $32 Million.  While the Company is open to multiple Investment Scenarios, the preferred target Investor is a Property Leasing Investor focused on professional/beauty complexes.
